Remote Work & Workspace
Our team works remotely. It is your responsibility to ensure that your workspace is conducive to the performance of your work; properly secured and protected against theft, unauthorized use or access of the Company’s information and equipment, and that it provides a safe workspace free of hazards.
Protection of Confidential and Proprietary Information
As an employee of the Company, you will have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the Company’s interests, as a condition of employment, you must sign and abide by the Company’s standard “Employee Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement”.
No Breach of Obligations to Prior Employers
We wish to impress upon you that we do not want you to, and we hereby direct you not to, bring with you any confidential or proprietary material of any former employer or violate any other obligations you may have to any former employer. You represent that your signing of an offer letter, agreement(s) concerning stock options granted to you, if any, under the Company’s 2025 Equity Incentive Plan and the Company’s Employee Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement and your commencement of employment with the Company will not violate any agreement currently in place between yourself and current or past employers.
Company Policies
When Company Policies are made available to you, you confirm and agree that it is your responsibility to read, understand and comply with the Company’s policies and procedures (the “Company Policies”). A violation of any of the Company Policies is a serious matter and may result in legal claims and/or disciplinary action, including immediate dismissal for cause.
Background Check
Any offer of employment is conditional on the Company’s satisfaction (determined in the Company’s sole discretion) with the results of all background checks required by the Company.
