Prerequisites
Before you being, make sure you have the following:
Active Ruby AI account
HubSpot Admin or Super Admin permissions
Existing CRM data (Contacts, Companies, Deals)
Installation Steps
1. Install from the HubSpot Marketplace
Click the “Install” button on the Ruby AI listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace, or navigate to the Integrations section in your Ruby AI dashboard and click “Connect HubSpot.”
2. Authorize Access
You will be redirected to HubSpot’s authorization page. Review the permissions being requested and click “Grant access” to allow Ruby AI to read your CRM data. Make sure you select the correct HubSpot account if you have multiple.
3. Confirm Connection
After authorization, you will be redirected back to your Ruby AI dashboard. The integration status will show as “Connected.” Your companies, deals, and contacts will begin syncing automatically.
4. View Deal Intelligence
Open any deal in your HubSpot CRM. You will see a new “Ruby AI Intelligence” tab on the deal record. This card displays AI-powered insights, recommendations, and action items to help you close the deal.

How To Disconnect
To disconnect Ruby AI from your HubSpot account:
Go to your Ruby AI dashboard → Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Click "Disconnect." This will revoke Ruby AI's access to your HubSpot data. You can reconnect at any time by following the installation steps again.
